We design modern, functional and timeless spaces that inspire lifestyles and add value.
We are a Dar es Salaam design-build studio based in Mbezi Beach Massana, dedicated to authoring homes that endure for generations.
From a single villa on the coast to Tanzania's trusted luxury builder.
Minimax Homes began with a simple conviction: the country deserved homes designed and built to the standard its clients dreamed of — without needing to look abroad. We started in Mbezi Beach with one villa, drawn in 3D, built to specification, finished with a classic hand.
A decade on, our studio brings together architects, engineers, interior designers and landscape crews under a single roof. It's how we protect the vision — from the first sketch to the last stone of the garden path.
“Build Your Future” is not a tagline. It's the brief every project starts with.
Four principles that shape every home we deliver.
A studio of architects, engineers and craftsmen.
Behind every Minimax home is a tight bench of specialists — from 3D artists in our Minimax Lab to site engineers, master masons and landscape teams. We hire slowly, train continuously, and take personal ownership of every project we sign.
New space to break old rules.
Our in-house design lab is where every project starts. Photoreal 3D renders, structural drawings and material studies are all produced by the same team that will oversee the build — so nothing is translated, and nothing is lost.
Our studio in Mbezi Beach.
