Minimax House Design began with a simple conviction: the country deserved homes designed and built to the standard its clients dreamed of — without needing to look abroad. We started in Mbezi Beach with one villa, drawn in 3D, built to specification, finished with a classic hand.
A decade on, our studio brings together architects, engineers, interior designers and landscape crews under a single roof. It's how we protect the vision — from the first sketch to the last stone of the garden path.

Behind every Minimax home is a tight bench of specialists — from 3D artists in our Minimax Lab to site engineers, master masons and landscape teams. We hire slowly, train continuously, and take personal ownership of every project we sign.
